Travelling through holidays is an amazing experience on its own and it tops it off when you are travelling with family. The month of December is packed with festivities and events to celebrate. But where to go this Christmas? From London to Connecticut to Washington. There are a lot of beautiful places for you to visit this fall. We have taken it on us to list down a few for you. Check them out!
a. Carmel by the Sea, California:
With exotic Californian weather and amazing sceneries, Carmel by the Sea is the perfect spot for spending Christmas holidays with family. The vineyards, hiking galore, world class golf courses and some top-notch spa treatments make Carmel the best place to visit and relax this time of the year. And if you are looking for a break from all the holiday cheer, Carmel Valley Ranch has an amazing beekeeping program and cheese making class at the property's recently opened creamery are just what you need.
b. The Maldives:
For a place that calls for a 12-hour long flight to go to, Maldives has proved to be a very relaxing spot for tourists. The Vakkaru Island at the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll with a lot of Christmas related activities, is the perfect way to spend your Christmas holidays.
c. Aspen, Colorado:
Classy cuisine, world class skiing, retail and a great nightlife scene, aspen is right on spot when it comes to holiday travel options. The place is so packed with tourists that you might find it difficult to find a spot to stay so we would recommend that you book ahead of time.

Added bonus of being in the best holidays spot is that it turns into a winter Wonderland with ice-skating, performances, rides and games.
g. Bath, England:
There are few cities in the world where you can celebrate the birth of Jesus and the birth of Jane Austen with the same amount of fanfare, but Bath, England, happens to be one of them.
h. Barcelona, Spain:
Anyone who can manage to extend their Christmas holiday until January 6th in 2020, can stay back and catch up with Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar in Barcelona.
They parade through the streets in a magnificent cavalcade of floats that includes camels, elephants, giraffes and dazzling costumes.

This place is a haven for environmentally friendly, outdoor enthusiasts. Quebec bustles with winter activity and holiday programs for all tastes are the perfect match for travelers.
Sausage and roast chestnut lovers can browse the wares at the German Christmas market. The more religiously inclined can wander an exposition of nativity scenes from around the world.
