Power Crunch Bars: A Review

Posted on by Jack Johnson

So, we recently got the chance to taste the Power Crunch Bars and we were thrilled by the variety and range of flavors. The chocolate flavor stands out of all the flavors. Named as the Choklat Bars by the Power Crunch Bars, they are considered to be one of the best protein-packed chocolate and milk protein bars on the market. Everyone who loves dark chocolate has most probably tried these bars which provide us with approx. 5 grams of protein.

Another big news for the people trying to avoid gluten is that these delicious and power-packed bars are gluten-free. The bars also contain hydrolyzed whey protein which contains a wide range of amino acids that are absorbed quickly by the body and provide us with strength, muscle gain and help in losing significant amounts of body fat. The protein differs from the other forms of proteins because it is absorbed very fast by your body without causing any stomach disorders. It also prevents the triggering of blood sugar levels in the body.

Apart from the chocolate-flavored bars, the original bars also turned out to be pretty nice and kinda tasted like some cream-filled wafers but contained almost around 14 grams of proteins along with just 4-5 grams of sugar.

The six of the best flavors that they offer are:

  • Power Crunch Bar Peanut Butter Crème
  • Power Crunch Bar French Vanilla Crème
  • Power Crunch Bar Triple Chocolate
  • Power Crunch Bar Cookies and Crème
  • Power Crunch Bar Wild Berry Crème
  • Power Crunch Bar Peanut Butter Fudge

And another new flavor that also tastes very good is Chocolate Mint which tastes like a lighter version of Cookies and Crème. All of these flavors come packed with around 200 calories so if you want to consume them for a snack and not a proper meal you might need to break them in half of smaller portions.

Studies show that protein bars are usually consumed during office hours or after gym hours. While the Original Bars are not gluten-free, people with a sensitivity towards gluten or celiac will probably go for the Crisp Bars that have 14 grams of protein and just 5 grams of sugar. The bars contain less than 180 calories which are remarkable for a protein-packed bar.

The ingredients are claimed to have been naturally derived which also feels like a good thing as mentioned on the label.

So, go ahead and give these delicious yet healthy snacks a go. Here is a list of a few online businesses where you can buy these bars:
